How do I place an Order?

Why does my company store not have all of your styles/colors?

Your company's program administrator determines what styles/colors to include in your program.

What is the status of my order?

What is a backorder?

Occasionally, an item is so popular that it must be restocked. You may order a backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not ship until it is back in stock.

Can I make a change to my Order?

Depending on what processing stage your order is in, we may be able to assist you with an order change. Please contact Client Services at [email protected] to submit in writing.

Can I cancel my Order?

Can I ship to my home?

We strongly recommend that all shipments are made to your business address. This will ensure that your order is properly received. It's also worth noting that home deliveries are more costly.

How do I order Samples?

Samples can be ordered in a number of ways. The simplest is to place your order online right now via credit card. We have a 30-day return policy. Should you need assistance with samples, please contact Client Services at [email protected].

What do I do if my order is missing something?

Please refer to the packing slip included with your order. Items are occasionally backordered and may arrive in a second shipment. If a backorder is not indicated on your packing slip, contact  [email protected] for assistance. *Please note that sho
